“Our staff retreat with Roots &  Branches Forest School helped bring the Student Health and Wellness team at Lakehead University together to build a shared vision. We spent the day strengthening trust and setting our intentions while outside in a naturally restorative environment. We were guided by two very professional, mindful and skilled facilitators to gain insight into our work and to be present while connecting with the beautiful surroundings”.
